Utility rebate forms
Pump rebate paperwork, by utility.
SRP and APS are the two electric utilities serving the Phoenix area, and each runs an energy-efficient pool program for pool pumps. The application goes with a calibration report. Del Sol keeps both on this page so you do not have to hunt for them. The program terms belong to SRP and APS, so read each form before you rely on it.
