Weekly route

Weekly pool service for Chandler and Gilbert pools.

The same nine jobs on every visit, and a service slip left behind so you can read what was done. Weekly service starts at $90 per month.

Chapter 01

What slides when a pool is left alone

A pool does not hold its balance on its own. Within a week of no attention, the skimmer and pump baskets fill with leaves, palm litter and whatever the wind carried over the block wall, and a full basket starves the pump of water. The pump works harder, moves less, and the water stops circulating the way it should.

In the Arizona sun, chlorine burns off faster than most owners expect, so water that tested right on Monday can be thin by the weekend. The walls, benches and steps pick up a film first, well before the water itself changes colour, and the filter pressure creeps upward as it loads with fine debris. None of it is dramatic on any single day, which is exactly why a pool slips: nobody notices until it is green.

How a weekly visit runs

A Del Sol visit works from the surface down. The walls, benches and steps are swept, all surface leaves and debris are netted, and the pump and skim baskets are emptied and cleaned so water keeps moving through the filter. Then comes the equipment check: a look at the pump, the filter and what is attached to them, while there is still time to catch a small problem before it becomes a repair.

Water testing and routine chemical addition come after the pool is clean enough to read honestly. Pools with a salt system get routine salt system maintenance, as applicable, because a salt cell scales up over time and makes less chlorine as it does. Back washing and vacuuming happen as needed, not by rote: backwashing flushes a filter when its pressure climbs, and vacuuming picks up what the net and the brush could not lift.

Chapter 03

What the slip and the agreement mean for you

The slip is how you know the visit happened, even on a weekday when you were at work and never saw anyone in the yard.

Every visit ends with a service slip detailing the work performed. Read it when you get home and you know whether the baskets were full, whether the filter was backwashed and whether chemicals went in. If something on the slip needs a decision, a filter that keeps loading or an O-ring that is weeping, that is a conversation for the office, and pump and filter repair is part of what Del Sol does.

Weekly service runs under a Monthly Service Agreement, and payment can be set up by card or check authorization. Del Sol is family owned and operated, fully licensed, bonded and insured under ROC#275375, and serves Chandler and Gilbert pools every week. Call (480) 272-7260, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, for the price on your pool.
