Commercial & Residential
Pool service and repair, week in and week out.
Del Sol cares for pools at homes and businesses in Chandler and Gilbert, and in Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix. The work falls into two halves: the water, and the equipment that moves and cleans it. Most customers start with the first and call about the second only when something quits.
Weekly service: the same nine jobs, every visit.
Weekly service starts at $90 per month. Each visit runs this list, in this order of work, and ends with a service slip detailing what was done to your pool.
- Sweeping the walls, benches, and steps
- Netting all surface leaves and debris
- Emptying and cleaning pump and skim baskets
- Equipment check
- Water testing and routine chemical addition
- Routine salt system maintenance (as applicable)
- Back washing as needed
- Vacuuming as needed
- Service slip is left detailing work performed
When the water gets away
Green, spotted, left alone, or too far gone.
A pool in the Arizona sun burns through its chlorine fast. These four services are for the weeks the balance slips, whether you were home or not.
Green pool turn arounds
Water you cannot see the steps through, brought back to clear: algae killed, the filter cleaned out, and the chemistry rebuilt.
Algae treatments
Black spot, mustard and green algae treated at the wall and in the water, with algaecides and conditioners matched to what is growing.
Vacation services
Away for the summer or a long weekend, the pool is still swept, skimmed, tested and dosed, so it is swimmable the day you get home.
Draining services
When the water is too far gone to balance, the pool is drained and refilled, with an acid wash when the plaster needs it.
Draining and acid washing start with a signed waiver, which lives with the rest of the paperwork on the forms page.
The equipment pad
The pump, the filter, the salt cell, the light.
Clear water depends on a pump that moves it and a filter that cleans it. When one of them fails, the water follows within days. The repair line covers the whole pad.
- Filter breakdown and cleaning
- Automatic pool cleaner repairs
- New equipment installation
- Pool light repairs/replacement
- Salt system maintenance
- Pump and filter repair/maintenance
- O-ring maintenance and service
- Algaecides and water conditioners
